How can i get faster for soccer!?
like with me i put on a heavy sweater maybe sweats you dont need to run in your cleats but maybe your shin guards and sock. youll get the opposite results it you run with weight on cause when you play in the game you''ll have less wight on and will run faster.
suicides really help alot! if you dunno wat those are. first you start at the end of the field . (lets use a football field for example) first start at the end of the field. the sprint to the first line (5 yrd) then sprint back then sprint to the next line then back and keep doing this till lke the 50 yrd about 4 times. super tiring
also if you have a track field nearby you should sprint 1 lap then jog the next then sprint the next then jog the next lap. that also wrks your stamina
To increase your speed in one week is not a very probable task, but I would say bike, stretch, practice, and eat pasta and drink lots of water.

The have them at sporting good stores.
Try and go through them two feet in as
fast as you can and your speed should improve
