How can I change my customer password?

    First of all, I'm sorry for my little English. My English is bad. ^_^

    After I log in Member's area, I can't find where I can change my customer password. It is really difficult for me to remember.

    How can I do that? Thanks.


  • You cannot choose your own password for the members area.

    You also indicate that you are a license holder but you are showing as unlicensed. To get vB support on these forums you first need to be a licensed customer and register for Priority Forum Support. To do this, please go here:

    http://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_priority.php

    ... and enter your email address in one of the boxes. You'll need to have your customer number and password to access the page.


  • There is no facility to change your customer password, you can only reset it. You can request a new password by going to http://members.vbulletin.com/lostpw.php
